I have been through several raised bowls until I found this one. It is the perfect height for my cat, who is getting up in years and has diagnosed arthritis. Now, he doesnt have to bend to eat, which puts strain on the neck and shoulders. This bowl is the perfect height for him, and it creates a posture conducive to good skeletal alignment and good digestion. Get this bowl for your pet of any age to help them as they age.

Fit, disabled, arthritic or finicky - this bowl works like a dream. High enough for all but kittens, it eliminates shoulder pains for seniors, easy access to food with wide gentle sloping surface. well made, level and glossy glaze finish. Cleans by hand or dishwasher. Only wish it had a permanent rubber rim on bottom. I use plaster feeder mats so floors are protected, this keeps t he raw pottery rim from scratching floors.

My cats love these bowls, this is my second one and my kitty just outgrew the little bowl of the same brand. Everything I have read said it’s best to feed cats sitting up and not to put food in a dish which makes them have to bend over to the the floor or lay down and eat. My boys sit up nicely and eat all their food. The bowl is heavy enough so it doesn’t get pushed all over the floor, large enough so they can eat every little bit and is very easy to clean. I’m happy and Simba and Pretzel are happy too!

I like the material, it's easy to clean. I would have preferred a better image or no image at all, but I didn't find a better choice. I hoped my cat would like eating from this bowl better but there are times I see her picking up a piece of food from the bowl and then dropping it on the floor to eat it off the floor, so the elevated feature is moot. The curvature is nice because she did used to eat the food only out of the middle of the bowl, with the curvature the food along the side slides down to fill in the center as she eats, so that's a nice feature.

Came very well packaged in styrofoam within a cardboard box. Surprsingly solid and a good height for my cats. I noticed they preferred sticking their head into my tall travel mugs, so I bribed them with this to get my favorite travel mug back. They took to it instantly. The box also included a little card with a code for a free gift if you email a review to the company. Add a $20 tapwater filter to your faucet and your cats will be hydrated and happy!!! :)

These raised bowls are not only cute, but they are SO much better for cats' digestion. Every cat should be able to eat and drink without having to practically get on the floor to do so! I only wish I had known about these sooner. My only bit of advice: be careful when handling. I broke one already (I was handwashing and they're slippery little suckers!) and had to order a replacement. I think the cats really enjoy being able to eat in a more upright position, too.

At first, my boy was unsure of his water and food being served in these very different looking bowls. You know CATS ... they don't like too much change. Thing was, my kitty was scooping his food out onto the floor and batting around on his water bowl ... not sure why, but I'm thinking that maybe he couldn't "see" them well enough? That is the only reason I decided to make a change, both for him and for me. He took to these new dishes/shapes in a day or two and now we both love them! He doesn't bat his water bowl around anymore because he doesn't have to; he eats his food immediately. We really do love these dishes (I bought two)! Easy to clean and sturdy!!!!

My senior cat recently lost teeth and her food falls off from her mouth when she lowers her head, and she also seemed to have difficulty lowering neck because of her age. I bought these and I see the difference. No more mess, and it seems raised feeder is easy on her spine. Now she looks more relaxed when she eats. The wide open dish is gentle on her whiskers and I wish I have gotten them sooner. I never thought if cat’s whiskers cause discomfort when they hit the edge of the food dish when cat eats... but now it all makes sense. This product is made of thoughtfulness and logic. I am very happy and I hope my cat is happy too.

I have a kitty with a medical issue so I wanted tall bowls. These are beautiful. They work great. Ready to clean. There is one tiny chip out of the bowl on the edge. Not sure if I did it or it came that way but I still love them.

My cats have a tendency to throw up after eating and I’ve heard that eating from a raised bowl can prevent this. These bowls are so cute with the fish print and they hold a lot. Very easy to clean and sturdy. I definitely saw a reduction in the throwing up.

Perfect height for my adult cat. The wide mouth of the bowl ensures her whiskers have enough room and won't get agitated. She loves it. Bought a second one today.

I’m so pleased that I can make my elder cat happy with the raised bowl. He’s 15 years old now and he was such an active indoor/outdoor cat throughout his life. He’d jump on the 6-foot fence, climb onto the roof and patrol his territory. With all his climbing and jumping, he’s had a few mishaps/injuries. The veterinarian told me that when he got older, he’ll have issues of joint pain just like humans do after “sports injuries”. It's wide enough to allow whisker room like his oval bowls used to do, and he doesn't spill his food all over like he does with the standard bowls.

Bought two of these as my cats Christmas presents this year to use as water bowls outside my bathroom. We have water in the kitchen...then want the water from my bathroom sink...cats. Anyways, I bought them because I liked the design of the bowls. The cats were both drinking out of only one of the bowls at first but have now realized there are two bowls. Easy to clean great height for my cats ,they are older...they seem to love the bowls. Only complaint is that I wish they were a bit deeper...I have to fill them at least once a day, sometimes twice. Before I would change the water to keep it fresh, now they run out of water.

My cat seems to really like her new bowl. It is the right height, has a large base so she can't tip it over and the bowl is wide so she has no trouble getting to her food. We (the cat and I) are very pleased with this bowl.

I already have one of the more expensive brands of raised/angled bowls for my cat but I was looking for a second one and trying not to spend too much money. My cat is elderly and needs something easy to eat and drink out of. Not only is this bowl taller than the other brand, it is nice and heavy and is not in danger of tipping. The height is perfect for an average sized cat and this thing cleans beautifully! I’ve seen people complain about it chipping in the dishwasher. Since my cat eats out of this twice a day, I just have a soft bristle scrubber at the sink to clean it out between feedings (sometimes with a drop of detergent, sometimes not) and the smooth surface cleans easily. I have had it for a few months now and the finish is still beautiful. The width is great as well. Most cats don’t like bowls where their whiskers can touch the sides and this is shallow and wide enough to avoid that. If you want to save $10 and don’t need ears on your ceramic cat food bowl, this is the one to buy. ;)

The dimensions on the picture are accurate. It is a shallow bowl that works VERY well for wet food. It holds about 2 cups of liquid, so it would work for water as well. We do water changes every day, so that's adequate volume for our two pets. My chihuahua has a special diet which has a lot of moisture, and he gets food up his nose with a deeper bowl. This bowl solved that problem. We loved it so much, we bought one for the cat. The cat is also on wet food and gets kitty acne on her chin. A shallow bowl helps keep her chin clean, which helps prevent the acne. This is her first raised bowl and it works super well. Healthy bowl for both pets!

A must buy! I ordered 2 one for water and one for food and my cat was loving them as soon as I took them out of the boxe. She eats more easily with the height and can clear the dish, unlike when she had a bowl it was harder for her to get to the sides. So glad I purchased 2! high quality, cute, and my cat loves them and so do I!

I am very pleased with the Yangbaga Cat Raised Food/Water Bowl for Elder Big Cats. so much so, that I ordered a second one. I like the construction of the dish. I tend toward the clumsy side and I was afraid I might be at risk of dropping the dish but it is just the right size around the middle to grasp it firmly. The fact that the dish is open at the bottom also makes it easier to handle.I also have one of those cats that likes to grab a bite and move it sideways to eat. The diameter of the bowl is such that it eliminates much of the mess I always found outside of other bowls. The last comment is in regard to something not featured in the description of the bowl. I have a problem with ants so I put the cat dishes in water. For a regular wide food bowl I have to use a much bigger dish with water in it to hold the food bowl. The fact that your dish is smaller in diameter at the bottom than the top means I can use a smaller dish of water to set it in. This is a great space saver and looks better in a small kitchen.

I really like this elevated bowl! It seems well made and sturdy. My Bombay mix with her short snout has no issue eating her wet food from it. The dish is wide and shallow, but has enough of a lip on it that my kitty didn't spill anything over the edge while eating. At $13.99 it was considerably cheaper than the other bowls I've seen. I was a little hesitant to buy because there weren't any reviews, but I'm happy with my purchase and will be buying another one for my foster cat.
