Purchased this for my wife after she had two scary experiences. This is very simple to operate, very light, and fits her hand nicely. She is more confident now walking from car to store and in parking lots when alone. Not as good for self defense as a pistol, but the next best thing.

My wife and I carry these in anti-self-defense states and give us both personal security non-lethal options.

The ONLY thing anyone should always carry IF you can't legally carry a Gun! Get rid of those totally useless 'Spray Cans'- they Do Not work under Duress! Two Shots JIC!

Have never used it yet and hope I don't have to. With that said, it is solid and sturdy. It could be a little longer in the handle. If you have large hands it is a little small. My hands are not small or really large and it fits fine.

It meets my expectations for what I want it for and that is to defend myself as quickly as possible, without too much damage and to get away! I like the way it can be aimed at your target

Finally a high-quality Kimber pistol that even I can afford. I haven't used this yet but it does seem well designed and I know the name Kimber means the best.

I have never shot this, so my review is based on how it looks and is supposed to work. If I ever do shoot it, I will update my review. I'm not crazy about the little finger-blocker safety, but I guess it's better than nothing. Maybe. If it performs as expected, it will earn the five stars I'm giving it. But let's hope I never have to find that out.

Can't vouch for how it works but I like it so far. It's light, I've practiced pulling it and moving the little "blocker" in front of the trigger, and I keep it in a safe pocket in my bag. I also don't have that paranoid worry that, if I leave it in my car, it will explode. Great purchase and comes in a great case you can use for other stuff!!

Convenient, safe and inexpensive protection. Not perfect, but beats having nothing. Much better performing and easier to use than spray cans. Before you carry learn when and how you can lawfully use it.

I have bought about 10 of these so far as gifts and for friends who want some added security. Kimber is a great company and like all of their products, this one is well thought out and user friendly.

Well made and feels like a quality product. I won't know unless I have the misfortune of having to use it. This is a backup to far more effective defensive tools, but it is good to have an alternative. Some situations might require a non-lethal solution.

Great size easy to conceal. Looks like wallet in mans back pocket. Barely noticeable in front pocket of man’s pants. Bought two, my wife is carrying one and likes the feel in her hand. Really like fact it will dump entire cartridge with one pull, but you still have second cartridge if needed. Having a little comfort in knowing you maybe able to get away without killing someone and being assaulted is worth the price for us.

This is the highest concentration of pepper irritant and the delivery method is unique and very reliable. I've been a police officer for over three decades and this is what I have settled on as my go-to recommendation for a pepper spray product. This is what my wife carries in her purse.A lot can go wrong with a little can of drugstore aerosol pepper spray sitting in a car or a bag over time. This is not a product that you can afford to have fail when it's needed. This is the real deal and worth the money.

This is my 3rd pepper blaster. I have given them all as gifts and while never used, they gave both myself and the recipient piece of mind.I like the pseudo pistol grip on the PB2. The PB1 was good but you had to hold it like an old palm pistol. The PB2 you can get a single finger hold on it to help with gripping it. It’s a more natural grip. Now if you are used to using a firearm that more or less points where your outstretched under finger does, this thing will take some getting used to. When I take hold of it and point it instinctively, I am pointing it about 15 degrees upward. So when/if you have to use it, e mindful of that. The top shot may go high, but the second will likely be on target.Construction is sturdy. It’s lightweight, but the plastic shell is stiff.Take some time to practice drawing the blaster and pushing the safety off. It’s easy once you get a couple of days practice. It is a weird sensation to push the safety over, as it feel like you are breaking the plastic tabs holding it in place.Lastly go find an acceptable carry method. This is more serious than a little spray can of mace. This thing is actually useful during an attack. Don’t recommend the silly nylon holsters. If you want to carry it, get a good holster like the Elite Force holster. This is a great product for anywhere you can’t carry something more effective, don’t like the idea of packing heat, or are in that weird time when you are an adult, but still too young to get a carry permit.Good product, would highly recommended.

I bought my first Kimber Pepperblaster II for a female family member living overseas. Before delivering it, as an infantry Marine I took a second one (it is not refillable) to the range to test fire. At 15 feet it fires about a 1.5 - 2 foot diameter circle of concentrated pepper droplets that mist on impact; a novice would have no difficulty effectively using this and hitting the upper torso and head of an aggressor. The trigger blocker guard looks unusual, but it is instinctively easy to use, aim and fire. It is light, small (easy to discretely carry), and has no recoil; the discharge noise is non-noticeable and is very much less than that of a small pellet gun. I’ve bought it both in the blaster pack and in the metal box and prefer the blister pack if traveling. Make your own determination regarding TSA requirements, but I’ve put it in checked airline luggage in the blister pack on multiple trips with no problems; on the way home, put it back in the blister pack and tape it or put it a baggie or equivalent. Kimber is a highly regarded purveyor. Read the excellent Bulleit 0341 review; I only file this due to the lapse of time since that review. This is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I ordered this product because I work at a bar in California that has had an escalating problem with violence sometimes involving lethal weapons. Being in California I am not able to equip myself with the proper tools to combat this problem so I have to look for the very best legal options. I was skeptical at first about ordering this since due to the design of the product you are unable to test or practice with it; however tonight we had an incident break out involving several aggressive parties some carrying knives and other weapons, I was forced to utilize it. Upon drawing the pepper blaster I had to discharge it on an attacker and to my great relief/satisfaction it could not have been more accurate, controlled and effective. This product despite not having any way to practice utilizes the same sighting style that all pistols do and is incredibly accurate. I am fully confident in saying that this tool saved if not lives, great bodily harm. I am writing this review hours after deploying the kimber pepper blaster and moments before ordering a replacement. If I could rate a product with more than five stars I would.
